There are different techniques that will help you with relaxation and help you ease any stress or anxiety that you may be experiencing and re-charge your energy, returning feelings of peace within ourselves & the world. 

Facilitated by Maryanne, this form of channelled guided meditation is designed for people looking to relax,  reduce stress & anxiety in their lives.

Classes are for 1 hour and occur monthly.
