Guided Meditation Circles
An introduction to mindfulness.
An easy to follow guided meditation, ease into a peaceful space where you will find your happy place. There are different techniques that will help you with relaxation and help you ease any stress or anxiety that you may be experiencing and re-charge your energy, returning feelings of peace within ourselves and the world.

Join a 1 hour class running fortnightly on a Tuesday morning or evening, run by Karen. Seats are limited.

Group Meditation Circles are by appointment only. With a monthly subscription guaranteeing your spot in the circle. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
