Store Policies

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of your payment being received.  We ship via Australia Post at cost price.  Express Post is available at an additional cost.  Please note that we take all care in wrapping fragile items in bubble wrap so that they are not damaged in transit.

Refund Policy

​

We have a 14 day refund or exchange policy.  If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us at connecting_spirit_soul@outlook.com with a photograph of the damaged item so that we can rectify this in a mutually acceptable way.  Please ensure you write "Faulty or Damaged Product" in the subject line, along with your contact details and the reason for the return in the body of the email.

If you are making a return or exchange for any reason other than an error on our part, the shipping costs of your order will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

*  Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons so please choose carefully

*  Glass drink bottles cannot be returned unless they are damaged, unused & in original packaging
